While I don't know Jen personally, I want to share that AOL is no longer as lavish as it once was. Every body in the Dulles building is overworked, lobotomized against creative thinking and is programmed to think in page views (not experiences.)

AOL misses the mark for user experience and personalization. Really, they missed their chance several times and probably will continue to fade away into the likes of Prodigy and AT&T Worldnet.

Again, I may be ignorant, but it would be great if AU offered Usability or User Experience courses, too. If so, I'd be all over it like people on Google. :)
